Ensure your skin is clean and dry – do not apply to recently moisturized skin.
Unhook the two silicone cups.
Peel the backing off the cover of one of the side tabs.
Adhere the tab beneath the underarm. (Tip: To create cleavage, place adhesive tabs further away from each other, so when the front clasp is closed this will "gather your girls" and create ultimate cleavage.)
Pull your breast in and up to the desired position.
Repeat on the other breast.
