Instructions

Peel off backing on bottom half of tape.
Place on breast so that the non-adhesive middle area of tape lays over the nipple.
Peel off backing on top half of tape.
Lift breast up to desired position.
Firmly press top of tape into place.
Trim tape if it’s peeking out from your garment
